Welcome to Mochi Mochi Cafe! By visiting our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Orders

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is an issue with payment, inventory, pricing, suspected fraud, or another unexpected problem. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the appropriate refund will be issued.

Products

Many of our products are handmade or hand-finished by our manufacturers. Because of this, minor imperfections and slight variations in shape, color, texture, size, or finish are normal and are not considered defects. These small differences are a natural part of the handmade production process and make each item unique.

We do our best to display product photos, colors, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible. Because screens, lighting, and handmade variations may differ, the actual appearance of an item may vary slightly from what is shown online.

Recommended for ages 14+. Not intended for young children. Some products may contain small parts and should be kept away from children under 3 years of age.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays may occur that are outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for any additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept standard returns or exchanges.

Minor handmade imperfections or natural variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can review the situation and do our best to help.
